A new roles selection tool will provide administrators with a more effective way to manage user roles and access permissions within an organization. This enhancement empowers administrators to fine-tune access control, ensuring that each user has the precise level of authority needed to perform their tasks.
This tool aims to improve several key aspects of user management:
- Efficiency: It streamlines the process of assigning permissions, making it faster and more scalable, especially for larger teams.
- Security: By enforcing the principle of least privilege , it helps prevent unauthorized access to sensitive data and reduces the risk of data breaches.
- Compliance: It provides a clear and auditable record of who has access to what, which helps organizations comply with data protection regulations.
- We now have multi-language support for roles and access permissions. This means that a user's permissions and roles will be displayed in their preferred language.
