Observation notes are available for viewing and exporting in the Program List Report/Information Filter. Navigate to the Program list Report in the main menu, select the Information Filter button in the top right corner of the screen. In the Information Filter page, select the checkbox for "Comments", then select "Apply" and scroll down to see the comments attached to programs.
