- Active: This is a client’s default status upon creation and allows them to be assigned to services (e.g. programs, assessments, custom forms, etc.) and to users who perform or monitor those services (therapists, educators, etc.). This is the client's default operational status.
- Inactive: This is a client that has been deactivated by choosing the “Deactivate” button from the Client Information page (in My Clients). Inactive clients are temporarily "parked”, and their program lists cannot be run, nor can new programs or users be assigned to them. This status is recommended for clients who are taking an extended vacation or who will not be receiving services for an extended period of time. Inactive clients can be reactivated at any time from their Client Information page.
- Archived: This is a client that has been removed from your account by choosing the “Archive” option from the Client Information page (in My Clients). Archiving a client will seal the client’s records, data and reports and remove them from your UnitusTI account. Once archived, the client's information cannot be accessed at all and new reports cannot be generated. These records are never deleted, however; they can be restored by Mundo Pato for a fee while you are an active subscriber.
Note : when a client is created, their status is "Active" by default. Creating a client adds a license in your billing plan. If a client’s status is "active" at any point during a billing cycle, they will be included in that bill. If a client remains inactive or archived for the entire billing cycle, then they will not be counted towards that bill. The client’s status can be viewed in any Assign screen, as well as in Center/My Clients by users who are assigned to the client.
