Exporting Information from UnitusTI
UnitusTI provides options to export a variety of data and information, allowing you to access your clients’ raw program data, session notes, graphs, assessment history, and more, anytime you need it. Simply look for the print or export icon on a page to begin.
Additionally, the Dashboard and Reports/Tracking menu areas offer prebuilt and customizable reports, enabling you to extract useful insights and data tailored to your needs.
Below is a quick list of some of the most common areas where you can export information or data. This list is not exhaustive, so if you have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to submit a support ticket. - Client List: The export icon on the My Clients page (found in the top right corner of the screen) generates a table report of your assigned clients, and includes many of the fields in My Clients page. (Tip: Only clients assigned to you appear in My Clients. To view a complete list of active or inactive clients, assign them to yourself. Archived clients are not included.)
- Calendar Events: The Session Tracking Report can export lists of certain calendar events ( click here to learn more).
Please note that not all fields may be exportable, as some data formats and operational fields are designed for in-system use only. If you have specific needs, feel free to reach out to our support team for more information or to discuss custom reporting options.
Local Backups
Using the platform’s export functionality found throughout the system, UnitusTI allows you to access your data whenever needed. However, for users who prefer the convenience of having it handled for them, we offer a specialized service to generate a bulk export through our technical team. Alternatively, you can subscribe to our local backup tool to produce your own backups directly.
Bulk Export Service for program data
With this service, our team will provide a .zip file containing client folders with:
- Program execution data (raw data collected using Run Program)
- Information Filter Report
- Behavior Logs
- Saved graphs (Graphs you’ve created and saved to the client’s file)
- Session Notes (certain fields + attachments)
- Client profile information (main form fields + client documents)

Local Backup Tool
For users who prefer to manage the backup generation process directly or require multiple backups throughout the year, UnitusTI offers a built-in tool that can be added to your center’s management options.
