This tool is designed for users who currently manage invoices manually or with spreadsheets, providing the advantage of securely storing payment information within the center's database, alongside other relevant data. It is not intended to be a comprehensive accounting solution.
How to access Simple Invoicing
To access the Simple Invoicing Tool, you must have the "Invoice Manager" Security Role assigned to your profile. Please contact an administrator in your organization for assistance with role assignment.
Once the role is assigned, you can find the tool by navigating to:
Center -> Simple Invoicing
How to open the Simple Invoicing User Guide
Simple Invoicing includes a built-in User Manual that can also be used as a self-paced course. You can launch it directly from the tool by opening the ⋮ menu inside the Simple Invoicing Tool.
