Can I delete or edit incorrect program data?
Program data that has been recorded in “Run Program” is permanent.
The rules used by the data collection types for mastery are based on the consecutive execution dates and changing a date out of this order can cause issues with the overall data integrity and affect mastery calculations in graphs and reports.
This is to protect the data fidelity. For example, if data was entered in for Jan.10, once you hit the RECORD DATA button, You cannot then enter in data for Jan.9. This is because all mastery data configurations need to be taken into account and each set of data points on a given day affects the next day's data that will be taken.
For example: if you set your consecutive sessions for mastery at 3, if someone masters a program on one day, that would be counted as 1 of the 3 consecutive sessions, and affect future data and what the system shows in the list as goals to be collected. With UnitusTI, data collection should be taken in real time. If this is not possible, (for example data is taken on paper), it should be entered in your UnitusTI account as soon as possible, BEFORE the next day's RBT goes on th e system and takes data.
An exception can be made if the data that needs to be changed are the most recent entries, but if there are any dates that have been recorded after those incorrect ones, the change will not be possible.
You can create a support ticket to evaluate your particular case.
