I selected the “notes” checkbox in the Information Filter, but my session notes were not included in the report.
Session notes are not included in the Program List report nor the Information Filter report. They are reported separately from the Session Notes Dashboard.
When you check the “notes” checkbox in the Information Filter in the Program List report, this adds the program configuration note to the report. Program configuration note is added when assigning a program to a client. Later, this note can be edited from the Edit Configuration option in Manage Programs.
